New Phase Construction Limited did some work for us which we found to be of high standard and were very happy with all aspects of the extension to our property.

We received quotes from four companies in all and, whilst the quotes were similar, we chose NPCL because of their attention to detail within their quote. When we discussed the quote with them we went into detail on everything that we required and how perceived issues would be dealt with. The other companies didn’t want to really discuss the quote in the same way as NPCL were willing to. NPCL were very creative in dealing with any issue that arose during the excavation of the ground works in preparation for new foundations being laid. All the people that turned up to work on the project were always on time, courteous and explained to us what was going on.

New Phase Construction carried out a large extension on our Farmhouse and we were very pleased by the way they presented their tender it was very clear and precise which was important to us,

They also spent a lot of time talking us through the project so that we fully understood exactly what was going to happen and when. All of their workers were professional and the end result was a perfect job exactly what we expected and within the budget set.
